- Equipment is sold "AS IS" without warranty. The Renfrew County District School Board will not be liable for costs to repair item(s) sold.
- The purchaser will have the opportunity to visually inspect the item before making payment.
- Cash, Money Order or Certified Cheque made payable to the “Renfrew County District School Board” will be accepted prior to removal of the equipment by the successful bidder.
- Removal of item(s) shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Removal of item(s) must be completed within two (2) weeks of notification of successful bid. Any damage to RCDSB property caused by the removal of these items will be charged to the purchaser.
- The Auction may be restarted from the beginning in the event of power or Internet problems with the server running this site.
- The successful bidder will be contacted by automated email at the close of auction, and is responsible to follow contact instructions within that email to arrange pickup of items. Failure to respond within a 2 week period will result in the auction being offered to the next highest bidder.
